Secretary Clinton and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. (via)

Someday I’ll grow up and this won’t be hilarious. Today is not that day. But perhaps today is the day somebody will have a serious talk with Netanyahu about 1) what is and is not an appropriate thing to discuss with visiting dignitaries, and 2) he shouldn’t look so smug. That’s not a very big, um, fish.

Here’s what I think really went down:

Netanyahu: “This is how much land the Palestinans will have when we’re through.  And the U.S. won’t do a thing to stop us.”
Clinton: “I strongly disagree with that position.  But you’re absolutely correct.  Haha!”
